PC disconnects Internet connection using AirPort Express with Windows 10

Dell 15R PC with Windows 10 continuously disconnects from Internet using AirPort Express as router. Frequently the WiFi adapter is turned off when I check the Network settings but not always when I have this problem. Used DriverUpdate to update drivers as directed after change to WINDOWS 10..

Win X comes close to being worse than El Capitan.. the drivers are a shocker.. it is not that you don't have the latest ones.. it is that they don't work at all.

Turn off all the security and especially anti-virus software.. this has been playing havoc lately.

Buy a USB wireless stick and see if that works.. otherwise go back to the previous OS that did work.
